Who is responsible

ADENERGY SP. Z O.O. (KRS 0001251633), Tyniecka 137T, 30-319 Krakow, Poland, is responsible for personal data collected through this site.

Its representative in the UK under Article 27 of the UK GDPR is Web Marketing International Ltd (company number 10264568), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can raise any question about your data with the representative as well as through the contact page.

What this site collects

Visitor statistics, unless you turn them off. Google Analytics counts which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (the referring site or campaign name), the type of device and browser, and which links are followed. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga so that repeat visits are not counted twice. I look at these figures only as totals, to decide which guides to improve and what to write next. Google provides the service. Unless you accept advertising cookies, Google Signals and advertising personalisation stay off, so the statistics are not used for advertising or to build a profile of you.
Your analytics choice. If you turn analytics off, a cookie called dmn_analytics_off remembers that for a year, and the _ga cookies are removed.
Advertising cookies, only if you accept them. If you choose Accept in the cookie box, Google and Meta may remember your visit so that Dental Mastery can show you its adverts later on their services (remarketing). Google Analytics then also shares data with Google's advertising features, and any Google Ads or Meta advertising tag on this site loads. Google and Meta process this data under their own terms. If you choose No thanks, or never answer, none of this happens. A cookie called dmn_ads remembers your answer for a year, and you can change it at any time: . Saying no removes the advertising cookies.
Where you came from, when you follow a link. Links to Dental Mastery carry the name of this site, the page you were on and the place on the page you clicked. If you arrived through a link with a campaign name, that name is passed along too. Advertising click identifiers (such as Google's gclid) are passed along only if you accepted advertising cookies.
Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and requested page, to run and secure the site.

This site does not ask for, and you should not send, any information about patients or anyone's health.

Cookie law

In the UK, storing or reading information on your device needs your consent unless an exemption applies, under regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and its Schedule A1 (regulation 6, Schedule A1). The statistics on this site rely on the exemption for information collected only to improve a website. Advertising cookies are never covered by that exemption, so they are used only with your consent.
